CAC Legal Iraq (Casir Aladalah) is a legal, accounting and administrative services firm based in Baghdad, Iraq. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and protect it, and your rights over it.
Information we collect
- What you enter in the inquiry form: your full name, email address, phone number if you add one, the service you need and the details of your inquiry.
- Technical information our servers record automatically when you browse the site, such as your IP address, the time of the request and the page requested, used only to run and protect the website. These records do not include the content of your inquiry.
- Anonymous visit statistics that we collect ourselves to understand how the site is used: the page you view, the site you came from (such as a search engine), your device type, the site language and your country. We do not store your IP address; visitors are told apart by a temporary code that changes every day, so your visits cannot be linked to each other or used to identify you.
We do not use cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools.
How we use your information
- To answer your inquiry and identify the right service and team for it.
- To contact you about your request by email or phone.
- To learn which pages and services interest visitors and improve the website, from aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
- To protect the website against misuse and spam.

Only the members of our team who handle your inquiry see it, and they are bound by professional confidentiality. We do not share your information with anyone else unless you agree or the law requires it.
Sending an inquiry does not create a contractual relationship or legal representation, so please do not share sensitive information that is not needed at this stage.
Third-party services
- The Contact page shows a Google Maps map; Google may collect some data when it is displayed, under its own privacy policy.
- The WhatsApp button opens a chat in WhatsApp, which is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
How we keep and protect information
We store inquiries on servers managed by the firm and take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect them against unauthorised access or loss. We keep them for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations, then delete them.
